These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of services offered by Raza Abdullah (“we”, “us”, “the Practice”) through rapresence.com.

1. SERVICES OFFERED
We offer LinkedIn ghostwriting, brand positioning advisory, and the 2-Week Positioning Audit. Each engagement is a custom service delivered by Raza Abdullah personally.

2. PAYMENT
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s terms. Prices listed are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle.

3. DELIVERY
The 2-Week Positioning Audit is delivered within 14 calendar days of the kickoff call. Retainer engagements follow a separately agreed schedule.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide reasonable access, information, and timely feedback so that the engagement can be completed as scoped. Delays caused by missing client input may extend the delivery window.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (positioning document, posts, frameworks). We retain the right to reference the engagement publicly only if you give written approval.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Any non-public information you share during the engagement is treated as confidential and is not shared, sold, or disclosed.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Practice’s total liability under any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, leads, follower growth). The work is advisory in nature.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent the work as your own pre-existing material if it includes our frameworks.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are first attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
