REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to the 2-Week Positioning Audit and any other services purchased through rapresence.com.

1. BEFORE THE KICKOFF CALL
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it in writing (via email to razaabdullah4k@gmail.com) before the kickoff call has taken place.

2. AFTER THE KICKOFF CALL
Once the kickoff call has occurred, the engagement is non-refundable. By that point, the discovery, transcription, and analysis work has begun, and the deliverable is in production.

3. RETAINER ENGAGEMENTS
Monthly retainers can be paused or cancelled with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. Already-paid months are not refundable.

4. EXCEPTIONS
If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to our own circumstances (illness, unavailability), you will receive a full refund regardless of stage.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email razaabdullah4k@gmail.com with your purchase details. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
